Sometimes the automated delivery system glitches, and when it does, we manually send download links to customers. This can mean a delay of several hours (we're a very small company), so if you haven't gotten your download link yet, please check your spam folder to be sure you have not received an email with a download link.
If it's been longer than 12 hours since you made your purchase and you have not received a download link, please feel free to start a ticket here on Zendesk and we'll respond as soon as we can.
