When you subscribe to our digital magazine Knit Edge using PayPal, PayPal establishes an automated billing agreement that allows Recurly, our subscription software management system, to bill you on your annual anniversary date.
If the billing fails for some reason, it will prompt you with email messages.
To see your Knit Edge recurring billing agreement, and any others you may have, log into your PayPal account then:
- Choose Profile
- Choose My Money
- Choose My Preapproved Payments (click on Update at right)
Your Knit Edge agreement should be marked Active in order for the rebilling to go through successfully.
